Shipping Information
All orders are shipped 3-4 days after the order has been received. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on major holidays. We will use the shipping address information you provide with your order so please make sure it is correct. Valens Coffee is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and the customer may be responsible for any additional fees incurred to get your package to the correct address. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
All of our shipping is via UPS or USPS though we may ship using any other carrier at our discretion. We are also closed during all major holidays (New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and any order received just before or during will be roasted and shipped after.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been scheduled to ship. If you do not receive this email please contact us. Valens Coffee is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and we do not guarantee arrival times.
